Ever since we took our first breath, so many years ago, we have been forgetting things. It is very rare that someone can honestly say that they remember that initial breath. And since that moment, we have been shaping ourselves, continuously, into who we are today. The collection of experiences that we have encountered has led us to craft a distinct set of opinions and beliefs, in order to understand everything around and within us. These experiences have created what we think and believe. We have become conditioned. We have confined ourselves. In this process of conditioning, we have forgotten who we really are. We may have even sabotaged our own innate potential. This selection of stories contains nothing new. It is simply a way for you to remember the priceless being that you are. And each time you forget, you have this little book to bring you back home. When I say, "bring you back home", I am referring to your innate, natural state. This template of earth, metal, water, wood and fire creates a dialogue that tells a powerful story of a connected source. A fabric that is deep within our psyches and bodies. A vibratory field that weaves an interconnected thread through all of us. The are two parts to digesting the stories that follow. The first stage is to enjoy the sharing and allow it to encourage a realisation - a reminder of something you have forgotten. The second stage is to put this realisation into action.
